I found this new search tool Swicki, built by a startup in New Zealand. It is designed to learn from the keywords, use of results and voting on the results. The results of the searches improve over time.
The more the Swicki is used, the more it learns which improves the search results over time. It is a community effort to improve the results, so help out and start searching...the search box is located to the right.
